Easy Installation

The Sideline Elite 42 is designed primarily for recessed installation into a wall, with the required rough opening measuring approximately 40 3/4″ wide x 18 1/4″ high x 6″ deep.

A wall-mounted installation is also possible for applications where recessing the fireplace isn’t preferred.

For installations below a wall-mounted television, Touchstone recommends positioning the fireplace at least 8″ below the bottom of the TV. The manufacturer also recommends leaving at least 20″ between the fireplace and the ceiling because of the heater.

Always follow the installation instructions and applicable local building and electrical requirements for your project.
