Crackle Fireplaces is an ecommerce company based in Missoula, MT. We sell electric fireplaces and outdoor gas firepits to individuals, construction companies, interior designers and anyone looking to update their living space. There are several different brands we support. The electric fireplace brands are Dimplex, Modern Flames, Amantii and Touchstone Home Products. The outdoor gas firepit brands are Elementi, HPC, Grand Canyon and Pyromania. The order is placed through the website and ships directly from the manufacturer to our customers location. What sets us apart from other online retailers is the personalized approach to customer service. We listen to our customers carefully and consider what they are saying to help recommend the best product for them. Meet the Owner
Hello and thanks for visiting! I’m Carl, the owner of Crackle Fireplaces. I grew up in Missoula, MT and currently reside here. I have numerous houseplants that I care for. My favorite things to do in the summer are hiking and golfing. During the winter you can find me skiing at Snowbowl or hiking in the snow up the Rattlesnake Wilderness. You can also find me at a brewery enjoying a beer. I graduated from the University of Montana with a Marketing degree. I really enjoy helping people with fireplaces and fire pits! I think they’re really cool and I hope you do too.
